Common Sandpiper, a small wading bird, flying in the South Pennines of Yorkshire. Sandpipers fly very fast and low over the water making a rapid piping call. You can also see them searching for food at the waters edge.

Angie Rogers captures the spirit and atmosphere of the South Pennine uplands. Her work encourages deeper connections with the natural world and wild places.

Angie has a studio on the first floor of Linden Mill, in the West Yorkshire town of Hebden Bridge.
